When are apartments available?

At Poplin, our beautifully furnished apartments are available for you to view from May 2023, and move into from July 2023.?

To book a viewing, just click through to our helpful book a viewing form , fill it in and we?ll do the rest.

Do our apartments come fully furnished?

All of our 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are beautifully designed, with stylish and sustainable interiors.?

At Poplin, all our furniture and fittings are not only comfortable but seamlessly made. Each piece is guaranteed to last too, making for an altogether happier home and planet.

Is someone available around the clock?

Always. A member of our friendly community staff is always available, whether it?s first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Find us at reception if you need to report an issue or maintenance issue, pick up your mail, or need to know the best place for a vanilla oat latte. We?ll get you sorted.

Are my pets welcome at Poplin?

Furry friends of all kinds can make themselves at home here at Poplin – however, there might be an extra charge to cover the move.?

As you might expect, we have some simple terms and conditions that we ask everyone who would like to bring a pet to Poplin to stick to. This is to make sure we have wagging tails all round!?

Pets that are welcome:

  • Dogs ? small to medium breeds only (20kg max) (?25 per month additional charge)
  • House Cats (?15 per month additional charge)
  • Caged Birds
  • Fish
  • Hamsters

We are sorry, but we don?t allow:

  • Gerbils, Guinea Pigs or Ferrets
  • Rabbits
  • Reptiles, Snakes or Spiders

What can I expect from a viewing?

Sometimes seeing is believing – and it couldn?t be easier to get a feeling of what life at Poplin is like with a viewing.

It’s simple: pick your preferred date and time to come and view our show apartments, and a member of our lovely team will be back to confirm your booking as soon as possible.

On the day of, we?ll show you every inch of what you can expect from Poplin. From our agile atrium space just waiting for community events to our rooftop terrace and selection of social spaces. And we?ll be on hand every step of the way, to answer any questions you might have before making your move.
